More than 3,000 Management Assistant to be recruited for public service in Sri Lanka

March 2, Colombo Sri Lanka, Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs has hired 535 new assistant directors for Class III service yesterday and another batch will be recruited to fill about 2,500 vacancies, ministry officials he said.


Of the new recruits of 250 management assistants have been employed in the Police Department. Sri Lanka Navy, Army and the Department of General Registration in 150 participants have received a new administration.
This is the fourth round of hiring management assistants selected from the competitive selection examination, class III Review of the Public Management Assistant Service Open House held in 2009, said the Ministry. So far the Ministry has brought together nearly 4,000 attendees through the management examination.
Sri Lanka, management assistant service now has 2,500 seats and the Ministry has decided to hold a new contest in August to identify suitable candidates to fill vacancies, a ministry spokesman said.

  2. Good move by the Sri Lankan government. This is killing two birds with one stone. Not only did they provide jobs to many people, they also made the housing sector that much more efficient.
